Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead HR activities across our UK operations. This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional to work independently while playing a critical role in the company's growth and success.

The successful candidate will provide expert HR support and guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day activities, addressing ad-hoc queries and requests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual HR processes across the UK, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Salary Review, and Bonus.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of all people processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Group HR and key stakeholders to ensure the company has the right structure, culture, and capabilities to deliver on its business objectives.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Extensive HR generalist experience, including training delivery.
  • Proven experience with payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
