This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver outstanding services. As a Community Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership to colleagues, supporting the Service Manager, and helping people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. If successful, we will organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date. Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.
