Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, a leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting three active gentlemen in their 30s with learning disabilities and autism. You will be responsible for empowering them to live their lives as independently as possible, while also providing daily living support and consistent care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower independence by supporting individuals in achieving their goals and living their lives as they choose.
  • Provide daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Administer medication, maintain routines, and learn preferred communication methods.
Shift Patterns
  • Day Shifts: 7:30am - 3pm
  • Day Shifts: 3pm - 10:30pm
  • Long Day Shifts: 7:30am - 10:30pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10:30pm - 7:30am (Paid To Sleep)

We require 1-2 sleep-in shifts per week. Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
