Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. Our supported living service in Cannock, Staffordshire, provides a supportive environment for individuals with learning disabilities to reach their full potential.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, enabling our service users to maintain their independence and confidence. You will work collaboratively with our team to promote the rights and entitlements of our service users, ensuring they participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, including administering medication and managing finances.
  • Support service users to develop social skills, relationships, and daily living skills, enabling them to become as independent as possible.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings and weekends.
  • Administer medication and provide support with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
