Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living skills, such as cleaning and cooking
- Assist with personal care needs, including manual handling
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and engage with their community
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Passion for supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Manual handling training and experience
- Knowledge of Learning Disability care principles and practices
