Experienced Social Care Specialist

Pertemps is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their MASH team in Greater Manchester. As a social care specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support to children and families in need.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Child Protection legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with service users. They will also be registered with Social Work England and have experience working with children and families, including those from vulnerable groups.
In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive assessments of risks and social care needs
- Manage an agreed caseload, ensuring timely interventions and support
- Develop individual care plans that cater to diverse needs and promote dignity and empowerment
