Salary Information
The salary for this role ranges from £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, you will receive a competitive hourly rate for sleep ins and a contributory pension scheme.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to work as a Project Worker in our community-based team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide daily support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and other additional needs.
- Offer one-to-one support to promote independent living and address challenging behaviors
- Assist with daily activities such as walking, football, music, and fun days out
- Develop positive and professional relationships with service users

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues (although not essential)
- Strong core values and a positive attitude
- Commitment to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people
Location and Working Hours
This role involves working in Manchester, with shifts including days, evenings, alternate weekends, and occasional sleep ins. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with access to their own vehicles.
