Enhance Social Care are looking to coach, train and support you to become a qualified Community Support Worker working alongside young people between 16-25 with autism or neurodiversity working towards independence in their own home.

- We are looking for people who can provide peer relationships_ _to join our community team. This will focus on strengthening each persons personal identity and helping young people who are autistic develop independence skills._

- _**Can you work as part of a team who support people 24 hours a day, seven days a week? **_

Our community support team provides social care and support to teenagers and young adults both in 24 hour supported living and via community outreach.

We are looking for individuals who can provide different experiences to reflect the interests of the people we support. This could include online Gaming, Music, Gym, or hikes in the countryside. It will be your role to motivate and support people to engage in a range of interests. You must be good at adapting to change and supporting people in new activities you might not have done before.

We offer superb training for people new to direct support work and full qualifications - over a 18 month period you will train and qualify.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
