Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Procurement and Payables Coordinator to join our team in High Wycombe, UK. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing procurement and payables processes, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and internal policies.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, with experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. You will work closely with the collectables / payables team to ensure smooth financial operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement and payables processes, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and internal policies.
  • Process and manage employee expense claims using our in-house system.
  • Support the collectables / payables team with all administration processes.
