Job Title: Advanced Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Pharmacist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to our patients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing clinical pharmacy services in our Care Group, working closely with our Principal Pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care. You will be expected to act as a specialist role model and expert in medical management, providing clinical advice and information to pharmacy, nursing, medical, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage clinical pharmacy services in the Care Group
  • Act as a specialist role model and expert in medical management
  • Provide clinical advice and information to healthcare professionals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and deliver high-quality, cost-effective, patient-focused pharmaceutical care
  • Supervise and train pharmacy staff at ward level
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate diploma or equivalent
