Residential Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Residential Coordinator. As a key member of our Centre Management Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents and service partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a professional manner and ensure they are signed in and provided with relevant information.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents and service partners.
  • Investigate residential concerns, identify suitable courses of action, and progress to a resolution.
  • Compile and maintain logs of actionable tasks and provide updates to residents and the Centre Manager.
  • Complete insurance claims as required.
  • Maintain residential records and information related to residential living.
  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a public-facing role.
  • Understanding of property management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use a range of Microsoft applications, including Excel.
  • Confident, professional, and assertive demeanor.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and common-sense approach.
  • Basic understanding of Health and Safety requirements.

What We Need from You:

  • A CV showcasing previous reception or customer service experience.
  • Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK.
