Job Title: Technical Manager - Medical Devices and Gases

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our customer technical support activity for Pharma regulated propellants used in complex medical device applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop expertise in respiratory drug delivery technology to support customers and inform product and business strategy.
  • Support and enable customer adoption and use of our medical propellant portfolio through problem solving, confidence building, and relationship management with key decision makers in Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) production companies.
  • Represent the company at regional and global conferences and trade shows.
  • Ensure that marketing literature and other communication processes are up to date and correct, and work with the marketing department to develop and exploit new materials when possible.
  • Lead customer technical interactions for the medical propellant portfolio.
  • Build positive relationships with key MDI customers in all regions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Master's Degree/PhD in a related field.
  • A technical background in MDIs or other Pharma devices.
  • Minimum of 3 years of GMP and Pharma business processes.
  • Management in regulated companies within cGMP environment(s).
  • Ability to lead and motivate a technical customer service team.
  • Knowledge of all aspects handling of pressurized gases.
  • Application and significance of propellant to MDI devices.
  • Detailed understanding of MDI production technologies.
  • Technical Problem solving.
  • Broad understanding of QC, QA, technical and engineering in MDI.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
