Job Title: Technical Manager – Medical Devices and Gases

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our customer technical support activity for Pharma regulated propellants used in complex medical device applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our expertise in respiratory drug delivery technology to support customers and inform our product and business strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Fluor and Energy Materials products and their interaction with customers' finished products, including technical, quality, stability, and other GMP requirements.
  • Support and enable customer adoption and use of our medical propellant portfolio through problem-solving, confidence-building, and relationship management with key decision-makers in Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) production companies.
  • Represent the company at regional and global conferences and trade shows, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that marketing literature and other communication processes are up-to-date and accurate, working closely with the marketing department to develop and exploit new materials when possible.
  • Lead customer technical interactions for the medical propellant portfolio, providing expert guidance and support to customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key MDI customers in all regions, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree/PhD in a related field, such as pharmaceutical science, chemistry, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in GMP and Pharma business processes, with a strong understanding of cGMP environments.
  • Proven management experience in regulated companies, with a track record of leading and motivating technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of all aspects of handling pressurized gases, including application and significance to MDI devices.
  • Broad understanding of QC, QA, technical, and engineering aspects of MDI production.
