We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
