About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our Citron Talent Acquisition Team. As an Engineer with our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring a high-quality service and experience for our customers.

You will report directly to the Regional Branch Management and be responsible for ensuring all installations, removals, repairs & services are completed within the time frames of our customer care policy.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a washroom environment, and possess a strong commitment to health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of washroom equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and quality assurance
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures, operational targets, and KPIs

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition (or willingness to take the necessary training)
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
  • Less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years
  • City & Guilds 2391 inspection & testing is advantageous
  • Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • National travel may be required
  • Patience – this role involves travelling during peak periods
  • Comfortable working within the washroom environment for male, female, and unisex users
  • Professional conduct is key to this role

About Citron Hygiene

Citron Hygiene serves a wide range of customers across several sectors, including CQC (Care Quality Commissioned) registered service providers, such as care homes and nursing homes.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted these vulnerable populations.

We require our Engineers to have received both doses of the Covid-19 vaccination, although exemptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
