About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our team at Lancaster. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that all kitchen tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef or in a related role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
