The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing a build from ground through to completion. They will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and will be able to motivate and lead a team of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety procedures, ensuring that all site personnel are aware of and comply with safety protocols.
  • Team Management: Motivate, support, and manage directly employed staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all aspects of production are delivered in accordance with technical and planning documentation, and that all work meets the highest quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including progress reports, safety records, and quality control documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Qualifications: A valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid certification are essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of construction professionals.
