About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fibre Exchange Construction Supervisor to oversee the installation of fibre exchanges across the UK. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing build activities, including greenfield and warehouse telecom sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contractors and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Attend and chair installation pre-start meetings with designers, contractors, and safety specialists to discuss project plans and timelines
  • Provide written weekly updates for all sites in progress, highlighting any challenges or successes
  • Undertake quality audit checks on each in-progress site to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

  • CSCS Card and relevant health and safety certifications, such as SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards, including Construction Design Management Regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Knowledge of applicable construction standards and legislation
