About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Fibre Exchange Construction Supervisor to oversee the Civils construction for a national Datacentre deployment. As a key member of our team, you'll manage build activities on Fibre Exchanges, including greenfield and warehouse telecom sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractors and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Attend and chair installation pre-start meetings with designers, contractors, and safety specialists to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide written weekly updates for all sites in progress, highlighting key milestones and any challenges encountered.
  • Undertake quality audit checks on each in-progress site to ensure adherence to construction standards and legislation.
Requirements
  • CSCS Card and SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards, including Construction Design Management Regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Knowledge of applicable construction standards and legislation.
