About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Trading Manager to join our Direct to Consumer (DTC) team at Edgewell Personal Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our DTC business, managing all aspects of the online store, and collaborating with internal teams across Europe and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance across our DTC platforms
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of DTC initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and trading
Requirements
  • Proven experience in trading and operations, preferably in the FMCG or e-retail industry
  • Strong understanding of DTC platforms, tools, and technologies (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, SAP)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German or French desirable
