About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Trading Manager to join our Direct to Consumer (DTC) team at Edgewell Personal Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our DTC business, managing all aspects of the online store, and collaborating with internal teams across Europe and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance across our DTC platform
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of DTC initiatives
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in e-commerce and trading
Requirements
  • Proven experience in trading and e-commerce, preferably in the FMCG or luxury beauty industry
  • Strong understanding of trading and operations principles, including data analysis and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and external agencies
  • Fluent in German or French is desirable
