Join Our Team as Assistant Trading Manager (DTC)

Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC is a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands, including Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo, and Billie. We are seeking an experienced DTC Ecommerce Professional to join our team as Assistant Trading Manager (Direct to Consumer - DTC).

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to help drive the performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. As Assistant Trading Manager (DTC), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the online store, including product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the online store, including product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance.
  • Drive the performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business.
  • Collaborate with internal diverse teams across Europe and external 3rd party agencies.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Requirements
  • Experience with DTC platforms/tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, SAP) ideally gained within FMCG/ eRetail/Luxury Beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of Trading + Operations.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Google Suite, web dev / HTML.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in partnership with internal diverse teams across Europe and external 3rd party agencies.
  • Detailed orientated with strong planning, multitasking and data analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in German/French is desirable.
