Job Title: Assistant Trading Manager (DTC)

We are seeking an experienced DTC Ecommerce Professional to join our team as an Assistant Trading Manager (DTC). This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, including product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the online store, including product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance.
  • Drive the performance of our DTC business through strategic thinking, data analysis, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Europe and external 3rd party agencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance, product merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with DTC platforms/tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, SAP) ideally gained within FMCG/eRetail/Luxury Beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of Trading + Operations.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Google Suite, web dev/HTML.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in partnership with internal diverse teams across Europe and external 3rd party agencies.
  • Detailed orientated with strong planning, multitasking, and data analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in German/French is desirable.
