Customer Service Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team at The Recpool Group Ltd. As a key member of our payroll specialist's new Liverpool office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to contractor and limited company workers in the UK recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full cycle customer service support to clients across multiple shared service platforms
  • Handle after-care services, resolve customer queries, and build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Provide a professional and reliable service, with a focus on problem-solving and effective communication
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including documenting client information in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Settled phone-based customer service employment history
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional telephone manner and conduct
  • IT literacy and comfort using standard Microsoft Office packages, Gmail, and Google Apps
  • Previous relationship management and/or customer service experience, preferably in the financial or payroll sectors
  • Ability to handle challenging customers and deliver solutions first time
  • Capacity to multitask across multiple systems and work independently and cooperatively
  • Dedication to ongoing training and feedback

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary between £23,000 to £25,000 based on experience and current level
  • 25 days basic holiday
