About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a commercial site in the City of London, working alongside another engineer. Your day-to-day tasks will include covering planned and reactive maintenance to all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. You must be fully qualified in Electrical engineering and have at least five years of commercial building services maintenance experience.

Requirements
  • City and Guilds qualifications Level 3 Minimum (Electrical)
  • Apprentice trained - desirable
  • Building Services Maintenance experience
  • Excellent communication skills

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension package, training, and a great opportunity to progress internally.
