Job Description

The Building Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our building services, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage routine maintenance activities, including scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on building system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist with capital project planning and execution, including developing project scope statements and budgets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
