Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Guest Services Assistant at Exclusive Hotels and Venues, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to provide seamless and personalised service, making every guest feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager to review and improve the guest journey, responding to feedback and ensuring a high level of engagement throughout their stay.
  • Support the reception and concierge teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Flag VIP guests and ensure their rooms meet hotel standards, with appropriate amenities in place.
  • Provide welcome cards and messages to special occasions, ensuring guests feel recognised and appreciated.
  • Update guest profiles in HART and use the information to enhance their experience, improving and personalising the guest journey accordingly.
  • Handle and oversee complaints, ensuring appropriate action is taken to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction.
