Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager to review and improve the guest journey, responding to feedback and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience.
- Engage with guests throughout their stay, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes them feel at home.
- Support the reception and concierge teams, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Flag VIP guests and ensure their rooms meet hotel standards, with appropriate amenities in place.
- Provide welcome cards and messages to special occasions, ensuring guests feel valued and recognised.
- Update guest profiles in HART and use this information to enhance the guest experience, improving and personalising the journey accordingly.
- Handle and resolve complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction is maintained and follow-up is conducted to ensure resolution.
