Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Work closely with the management team to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary training to upsell and promote our services to guests.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder.
