About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective food and beverage strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.

Requirements
