Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary training and support to upsell and promote our food and beverage offerings to guests.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder.
