IT & Business Systems Officer (Bradford) – Job Summary

**Job Description:**

The IT & Business Systems Officer plays a critical role in managing IT activities and projects, ensuring alignment with the company's IT strategy and policies. As a business partner, this role works closely with the Group CIO and local teams to oversee IT resources and suppliers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and security of IT services and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage IT resources and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate IT projects and activities, following group IT recommendations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Group CIO and local teams to understand business needs and provide IT support and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with medical devices market regulations, such as ISO 13485, FDA, and MDR.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance and budget, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficient in Microsoft environment, including Windows, Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
