We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the Plant Director and other teams in achieving the highest performance standards at our Banbury factory.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and appointments to ensure optimal time allocation and scheduling efficiency.
- Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails and reports, to facilitate effective communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations, as well as prepare and submit expense reports as needed.
- Provide critical support to the Plant Director and site leadership team, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Raise purchase orders for relevant expenses in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize documents, files, and records to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Support the Plant Director with presentations and preparation for meetings as required.
- Coordinate global visits by aligning agendas with key stakeholders, organizing venues, transfers, and other logistics.
- Assist in onboarding new Leadership Team members, facilitating orientation and other activities.
- Serve as a liaison between Leadership team members and external stakeholders, conveying information accurately and promptly.
We are looking for an individual with excellent planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivation, discipline, and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, ability to manage complex tasks, and react to last-minute changes. Ability and confidence to build networks at all levels are also required.
