Job Introduction
At Card Factory, we're seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team and drive commercial growth in our stores. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing a high-performing team, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
- Coach and train colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, and provide regular feedback to support their development.
- Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and behaviours.
- Make informed decisions about stock availability, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including District and Regional Managers, to gain a deeper understanding of the business and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular feedback to the store team, District and Regional Managers, and other stakeholders to encourage continuous improvement and growth.
