We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process, from receipt of tender opportunities to preparation and issuance of tender documents.
Key Responsibilities- Collate and download relevant documentation for new tender enquiries
- Create a Tender Documents Register and maintain it up-to-date
- Add relevant information to the settlement book
- Prepare and issue all other enquiries and maintain an enquiries register
- Keep the Enquiry register updated with regular follow-ups, ensuring the Estimator is aware of any subcontractors not quoting
- Experience in construction administration, estimating, or a related field
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
