Job Title: Principal Business Solutions & Improvement Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Business Solutions & Improvement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Business Solutions and Improvement Team, you will be responsible for leading approved functional improvements in processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the UK Procurement and Supply Chain identification, development, and implementation of functional improvement and transformation activities.
  • Project Manage tools improvement activities in support of Procurement and Supply Chain activities.
  • Create, publish, and support the implementation of new policies and processes through training and communication to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
  • Provide ongoing functional support regarding the improvement/implementation of processes and tools.
  • Work with internal customers and manage solution suppliers to implement, improve, and deliver the Procurement & Supply Chain Domain strategy.

Requirements:

  • On the job experience will be vast and will take you into different cultures and practices.
  • You will have the chance to improve your competence by attendance of training, coaching, and knowledge capitalization events carried out from within the Procurement and Supply Chain Academy.
  • Experience of working in a complex matrix organization, with an ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and demonstrate value-add.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills, able to distill analysis to a meaningful direction for the receiver (possible actions to be taken).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to monitor and drive to completion.
  • A proven track record of delivering improvements in a Procurement & Supply Chain environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Ivalua would be an advantage.

Security Clearance:
