Key Responsibilities:
- Support the UK Procurement and Supply Chain identification, development, and implementation of functional improvement and transformation activities.
- Project Manage tools improvement activities in support of Procurement and Supply Chain activities.
- Create, publish, and support the implementation of new policies and processes through training and communication to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
- Provide ongoing functional support regarding the improvement/implementation of processes and tools.
- Work with internal customers and manage solution suppliers to implement, improve, and deliver the Procurement & Supply Chain Domain strategy.
Requirements:
- On the job experience will be vast and will take you into different cultures and practices.
- You will have the chance to improve your competence by attendance of training, coaching, and knowledge capitalization events carried out from within the Procurement and Supply Chain Academy.
- Experience of working in a complex matrix organization, with an ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and demonstrate value-add.
- Good analytical and presentation skills, able to distill analysis to a meaningful direction for the receiver (possible actions to be taken).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to monitor and drive to completion.
- A proven track record of delivering improvements in a Procurement & Supply Chain environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and Ivalua would be an advantage.
What We Offer:
Position - Principal Business Solutions & Improvement Officer – Permanent

Salary - £50k + £2.5k Annual Bonus
