Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Due Diligence Specialist to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our Business Solutions and Improvement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness and effectiveness of our procurement and supply chain controls.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the supplier onboarding process, providing assistance to the procurement and compliance team on adherence to our Anti-Bribery Management System policies and procedures.

You will assess ethics and financial outputs from third parties, attend meetings and forums as part of our UK team, and build and maintain effective relationships across the business to promote a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the supplier onboarding process and ensuring strict compliance to internal processes.
  • Assessing supplier questionnaires, requesting certifications, and sending electronic campaigns.
  • Maintaining supplier master data records and reporting associated with the management of suppliers.
  • Actively participating in the management of third-party suppliers and attending weekly reviews.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships across the business to promote the continuous development of supplier processes.

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and communication skills, experience in a similar sector, and knowledge of tools such as SAP, Ivalua, and third-party online data solutions. Key Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong and productive working relationships across the UK and Group teams.
  • Ability to lead discussions and workshops in relation to supplier due diligence.
  • Experience of working in a similar sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of tools such as SAP, Ivalua, and third-party online data solutions desirable.
