Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales progress and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary up to £30,000, DOE
  • Commission pay
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
