Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Paralegal to join our team at Montresor Legal, a leading litigation law firm in London. As a Sanctions Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors in advising clients involved in criminal investigations and prosecutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors in conducting legal research and drafting documents related to criminal law and court procedures.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
  • Support legal proceedings in both the magistrates and crown courts.
  • Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless case management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience as a criminal paralegal.
  • Strong understanding of criminal law and court procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
