Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Paralegal to join our team at Montresor Legal, a leading litigation law firm in London. As a Sanctions Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors in advising clients involved in criminal investigations and prosecutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors in advising clients on criminal law matters and supporting legal proceedings in both the magistrates and crown courts.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality documents to support case files.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of criminal law and court procedures to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and effective communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience as a criminal paralegal.
  • Strong understanding of criminal law and court procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
