As a Sanctions Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in advising clients involved in criminal investigations and prosecutions, and supporting legal proceedings in both the magistrates and crown courts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors in advising clients on criminal law matters
- Support legal proceedings in the magistrates and crown courts
- Conduct legal research and draft documents
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with lawyers to provide exceptional client service
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a criminal paralegal
