We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Paralegal to join our team at Buckworths. As a Compliance Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing our compliance processes related to know your customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, non-proliferation financing, and Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. KYC, AML and Sanctions Compliance
  • Manage client onboarding and ongoing client monitoring.
  • Screen clients for AML and sanctions risks.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to address any compliance-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with sanctions lists and regulatory changes.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Assist with periodic policy and procedure reviews.
