Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sanctions Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in global sanctions rules and regulations, with a proven track record of managing a team and providing practical policy and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sanctions compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to senior management and stakeholders on sanctions-related matters.
  • Lead and manage a team of sanctions professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing sanctions regulations and ensure that the company's policies and procedures are aligned with the latest requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of global sanctions rules and regulations, including UK, UN, and OFAC.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and providing practical policy and advisory services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
