Job Opportunity at Manor Grange Care Home

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Manor Grange Care Home. Our care home provides excellent residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 83 residents.

About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessments, care planning, and implementation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £19.50 per hour, contracted to 42.88 hours per week, plus a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid PIN
  • Previous experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home setting
  • Knowledge of care planning and ability to communicate effectively
