Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our residents and leading a team of nurses and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Lead a team of nurses and carers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the team, including workshops and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
  • Make timely decisions and take action to ensure resident safety and well-being.
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.

Requirements:

  • Experience in brain injury care.
  • Registered Nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff.
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.
