About the Role

The Investor Services Administrator will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of Shareholder Registers for open-ended funds administered by JTC. This role will involve unit dealing, responding to client queries and requests, and ensuring quality control, adherence to policies, procedures, and SLAs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to investor/client queries and requests effectively and accurately.
  • Capture, execute, and settle investor subscription, redemption, stock transfer, conversion, and switch transactions.
  • Ensure accurate control, input, and monitoring of client dealing instructions.
  • On-board new funds and other fund activity events.
  • Record Investor tax classification information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate take-on and establishment of new accounts.
  • Process and quality check Investors Transfer instructions.
  • Instruct share dealing related cash movements to custodians.
  • Dispatch contract notes within regulatory requirements.
  • Support bulk mail and operational projects.
  • Produce and administer payment processes.
  • Drive efficiencies and risk-reduction initiatives within the system and processes.
  • Train new team members as required.
  • Ensure adherence to JTC policies and procedures.
  • Escalate breaches and complaints immediately.
  • Adhere to JTC Risk & Associate Compliance procedures.
  • Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours.

Essential Requirements

  • IOC Qualified or working towards this qualification, or equivalent.
  • Ability to review and resolve complex issues working under challenging deadlines.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
