Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Credit Control and Administration Specialist to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our credit control processes, ensuring timely payments from clients, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage credit control processes, including sending reminders and following up with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchase and sales ledgers
- Use Sage and Xero accounting software to process transactions and manage financial data
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control and administration
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Sage and Xero
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
