Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Credit Control and Administration Specialist to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our credit control processes, ensuring timely payments from clients, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit control processes, including sending reminders and following up with clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchase and sales ledgers
  • Use Sage and Xero accounting software to process transactions and manage financial data
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control and administration
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Sage and Xero
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
