- Develop and implement a group-wide marketing strategy to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong company brand, including the creation of marketing materials such as brochures and job adverts.
- Foster a positive and rewarding company-wide work culture, including the development of company-wide incentives.
- Produce and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, job adverts, and candidate attraction documents.
- Provide financial reporting and liaison with accountants.
- Manage our CRM system.
- Travel internationally as required.
- European language skills, such as Dutch and German, would be beneficial but are not required.
