Job Summary

The Global HR Director is responsible for providing strategic human resources leadership to Annapurna Executive, supporting its global business objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organisational development, and HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the division's business goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR consultation to senior leadership on talent management, organisational development, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all roles within the division, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market trends and company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Lead organisational development initiatives to enhance employee effectiveness and organisational capability.
  • Facilitate change management processes to support business transformation.
  • HR Technology:
  • Implement and manage HR technology systems to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage HR analytics to measure and optimise HR performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of leading HR functions in a complex, multi-national environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and support business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR technology systems and data analytics.
